Transfers in the mountains are my passion, because thanks to the famous Jeep Land Rover Defender, you can reach the high altitude refuges, the most beautiful in Cortina d’Ampezzo, effortlessly and safely.

The large luggage rack on the roof, allows the transport of bicycles, backpacks, luggage and strollers.

The dirt roads that we pass through, are generally closed to traffic and passable  only with special permission.

The trails are surrounded by nature in an exciting Dolomites landscape.

Try the ascent to Rifugio Capanna Tondi, that you can comfortably reach with the cable car up to the refuge Faloria ( 2123 meters), and then safely arrive by jeep to the hut Capanna Tondi at 2340 meters altitude. From the rooftop terrace you can admire a breathtaking view of the most beautiful mountains of the Dolomites: Group of Tofane, Three Peaks of Lavaredo, Marmolada, Cristallo, Becco di Mezzodì, Pomagagnon, Pelmo, Sella Group, etc..

Mark Verzi,is the owner of the hut Capanna Tondi and a skilled chef. You will enjoy delicious local dishes artfully prepared, as well as excellent fish (by reservation). At the end of lunch, do not miss the famous grappe of Mrs. Rosy.

For those who enjoy walking, we propose the outing ring from Rio Gere – Lake Sorapis – Rio Gere. It’s a classic ride and in great demand.
You get to Rio Gere by bus or by car, from there you go up by our jeep, to reach in 20 minutes the Tondi of Faloria; and from there in three hours of walking we arrive at Refuge Vandelli and Lake of the Sorapis, famous for the particular color of the water and considered by many the most beautiful lake in the Dolomites; in a two hours walk you will return by another easy path to Rio Gere, to get your car or take the bus for the return journey to Cortina.
